The epoxy resin table is not mere a product; it is purely handcrafted with your vision and our expertise to design the furniture piece you ever dreamt of.
Everything will be customized and you will be involved in all the steps including table design/ theme, table thickness, wood selection, wood layout, table size, and color of resin, matte and glossy. Personalize the final table height, legs design.

1. Table Design /Theme: It is required to select wood, it involve wood tone (light/ dark), texture (straight/ burl), Live edge design (even/ uneven), final look of table (river, ocean, irregular, CNC shaped, Transparent, round, square, rectangular, live edge.) etc. The Designs you see in the store are all designed at the request of customers, meaning that any model of epoxy tables you want, can be designed in our factory, even if you have seen it on the internet. We will be happily made for you.

2. Table size: Following is the reference standard size list for the table but If the size you want is not in this list, is not an issue you have to provide your required size and we will make that for you. Table Theme, Size and Thickness including legs height and design required the very first day of booking. The Cost of the table completely depends on these parameters.
24”x18”, 24”x24”, 30”x30”,36”x24”,36”x36”, 48”x18”, 48”x24”, 48”x30”, 54”x24”,54”x30”, 60”x30”, 60”x 36”, 72”x 36”, 72”x39”, 72”x42”, 78”x36”,78×39”, 78”x42”.

3. Model and size of legs: You can select any design from ” Hair Pin”, “Square”, “X-shaped” and “Y-shaped”. We do not charge the choice of legs with height option 18″ & 30″. The color will be MS Black powder coated.
Only if the legs are out of these or if the legs are stainless steel and chrome, there will be an additional cost, which you can contact us for information.
The size of the legs can also be customized without extra charge.

4. Table thickness: We recommend 35~40 mm thickness. But if needed we can make up to 50 mm (Of course it will increase cost of the product and limit the design availability).

5. Wood Selection: We will share pic of wood pcs with you for confirmation of wood texture, tone, live edge style. This step takes 1~2 days after order confirmation.

6. Wood layout: After getting approval from you in mail, we send you possible layouts for your table. Normally we give 2~3 options. Among them you have to select one option. This Step takes 2~3 days. After confirmation, we send wood for processing that will take another seven days. Meanwhile if any small change requested by you, can be considered.
After processing the wood, we layout the wood in mold and send the final layout to you for confirmation, after that nothing can be changed in the wood layout.

7. Epoxy color and texture: As per our table theme, we will do epoxy color and textures (waves, cells, multicolor patterns, etc.) and send you the pics for approval. It will take another two days. After confirmation we will complete epoxy resin cast work in 3~4 days.

8. Surface Finish: After completion of casting, we start finishing work. And up to this time you can confirm your finish requirement gloss or matt. This complete process will take one-week time.
After finishing the table we will send you a final picture of your table. And make arrangements for shipping your table to you.

9.Packing: The packaging of the products is done using wooden boxes and completely protected and according to the international standards of shipping partners globally.
